How It Works
Step 1
Tell Us About Your Project
Submit a photography booking or image licensing inquiry using the form below. Include as much detail as possible about your project, intended use, location, timeline, and budget. Licensing requests should include the specific image (if known), the intended use, media, and territory.
Step 2
Receive a Personalized Proposal
We will review your requirements and respond within 2 business days with a proposal outlining the proposed services or license terms, deliverables, pricing, and usage rights. No obligation to proceed.
Step 3
Review and Confirm Your Agreement
Once the scope, license terms, and payment schedule are approved, a written Photography Services Agreement or Image License Agreement is provided for review and signature. Your booking or license is confirmed upon signed agreement and receipt of the retainer or full license fee.
Step 4
Receive Your Images
For bookings: Professionally edited images are delivered via private online gallery within the agreed turnaround window, in high-resolution JPEG format, ready for authorized use.
For licensing: The Licensed Image(s) are delivered via secure download in the agreed resolution and format, along with a signed copy of the License Agreement for your records
